"I kind of wish I’d started using…"
I kind of wish I’d started using this earlier. It was really easy to search for buses and trains right from my phone, and checkout went through without any hassle. My only regret is not paying closer attention to the filters, because I wish they saved a bit better for next time.

"Pretty handy, even if I don’t totally trust it every time"
I’ve been using Wanderu here and there, i like that it pulls a bunch of bus and train options into one place. It saves me from opening five different tabs and comparing everything manually. The prices and times are usually clear enough, though sometimes I still feel like I need to double-check on the carrier’s actual site just to be safe. Funny enough, I ended up finding a better carrier than the one I normally use, so that was a nice surprise. I wouldn’t say it’s perfect, but it definitely makes planning a trip less annoying

I ended up having to cancel my bus trip for some reason, and the whole thing was painless. The refund details showed up quickly too, which I appreciated. Not really much to complain about.

"Login is hit or miss"
I’ve had a weird experience with the login. Sometimes my account loads just fine, and other times it just sits there and won’t open. Maybe it’s not happening to everyone, but after dealing with it on my account, it makes me feel like the login system in general isn’t very reliable.

"Kept getting transferred around"
I had an issue with my ticket and support took way too long to get back to me. They were polite enough, but I kept getting transferred around and then basically sent back to the same info I’d already looked at. Nobody really fixed anything, so it ended up being frustrating.

I liked that the baggage rules were laid out before I booked, so I wasn’t stuck guessing what counted or what would cost extra. Made planning the trip a lot easier, honestly... just one less thing to worry about

"Boarding Info Was Confusing"
The ticket itself was fine, but the boarding details were not clear at all. I ended up asking around at the station and nearly missed my bus because I couldn’t figure out where I was supposed to go. Not saying it’s a scam, but the instructions definitely need to be explained better.

Booked my bus through Wanderu it was a smooth process. I liked that I could see the seat type, WiFi, outlets, and all that before paying, so I knew exactly what I was signing up for. The ride ended up matching the listing, the seats were comfortable enough, and the amenities were there like promised. Straightforward experience, and no surprises, which is exactly what I wanted

"Support did eventually get back to..."
Support did eventually get back to me and they were able to help, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. But the wait was longer than I expected and it got a bit frustrating. Decent overall, just wish they were quicker to respond.

"Quick confirmation, easy overall"
Booked my ticket through Wanderu and the confirmation email came in super quick, like maybe a minute or two later. I was kinda rushing, so that was really helpful. The site was fine to use overall, nothing too complicated, but I do wish some of the trip details were a little easier to read.

"Phone ticket worked, but watch your email timing"
Booked my trip through Wanderu and wasn’t totally sure if the bus company would actually take the ticket off my phone. Just a heads up for anyone else wondering: mine scanned fine at boarding and the driver didn’t give me any trouble.
The only thing I’d warn people about is that the confirmation email took longer than I expected to come through, so don’t leave it until the last second if you’re rushing. Overall it worked and got me where I needed to go, but I’m giving it 4 stars because of that delay

From what I remember, I paid once and the ticket showed up pretty much as expected. No issues or confusion on my end, so it was a smooth experience.

"Easy booking with no headaches"
I used wanderu to book a trip recently, mostly because I was trying to avoid having 10 different tabs open while also making dinner, and it ended up being really easy. The times and prices were all right there, so I didn’t have to click around forever or compare things in some overly complicated way. Checkout was quick, and the ticket email showed up pretty much right away, which was great because I always get a little paranoid about that part. No issues at all, and that’s all I was looking for. I’d definitely use it again for bus or train tickets.

"Pretty usable overall"
It worked fine for the most part, though some fees showed up later that I wasn’t really expecting. That was kind of annoying, but overall it’s still usable enough, I’d say.
